The best robot masters have always been Light's robot masters... except Ice Man. Ice Man sucks. Chill Penguin is similar to Ice Man. Chill Penguin sucks.

And I don't feel like Ice Man and Chill Penguin suck, I guess their designs are okay and their mechanics are kinda challenging (Ice Man being more challenging than Penguin, of course).

I find him to be an interesting choice for the game and a pleasant bit of humor thrown into the roster. I would have rather seen Haggar, of course, but he's a fun alternative.

In 1995 (maybe '96), when my family first tried to make an account on AOL, dad spent the time trying to come up with terrible usernames, like VibratingButtPlug, and we'd all laugh, because it was already taken. He finally managed to discover something available... Pusswhiskers. Obviously, my dad's a closet fan of cats, even though we've only ever had dogs for pets.

Great job on this, Plok. Glad to see a duck when a duck is necessary.
