Would make for a wonderful neighbor in Animal Crossing! Do the upside-down cross pupils hold any meaning? Also, is it safe to assume Neopolitan is the proud owner of a playful mastiff?

The symbols in her eyes do not mean anything. They were just a good contrast to the cuteness of the rest of the character. And yes, of course she owns a mastiff.

I would definitely pay extra to have Mayor Mustachio. He'd help bring some much needed monocle-wearing sophistication to the game. The other two, however, just bring to mind an assortment of terrible jokes that are beneath even my low standards of comedy.

Overall, you did a fantastic job.

I miss Shima. She has the perfect voice for answering questions and providing information. I viewed her as the adult or mature one of the Dolan bunch.

The only reason I have for not five-starring this is due to the lack of a background. Other than that, it's a dignifying, tasteful depiction. Nicely done.
